It is a share house built in 2015, a 6-minute walk from "Shinkoenji Station".
There are 2 showers, 1 bathroom and 2 wash basins in the building, and it is a nice environment where a total of 10 people can use it with plenty of facilities around the water!
The popular Chuo Line Koenji Station and Asagaya Station are also within walking distance of about 15 to 20 minutes, so you can enjoy the unique shops, live houses, bars and cinemas etc. along the Chuo Line.
You can go to Kichijoji Station / Shinjuku Station if you use Chuo Line, so it is convenient to go anywhere and the activity area will be expanded. Please visit once by all means.
