It’s a 5 minute walk from Nishi-Waseda station, and a 12 minute walk from JR Takadanobaba station. Our house is located near Waseda University in an area with many restaurants, bars, parks, fitness gyms as well as other entertainment such as karaoke and bowling. We are also conveniently located near Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro.
We have 11 single rooms, all fully furnished.
A friendly atmosphere among the tenants. Our house has both Japanese and international tenants. Occasionally having BBQ party on the terrace.
